We provide the following services and more:

  • Preparation of Budget: Work with client to establish budget for meeting or event.
  • Site Selection & Inspections: Research areas of interest and make recommendations; visit the venue and provide feedback empowering the client to make a sound decision.
  • Contract Negotiation: Hotel Agreements to include accommodations, meeting and function space, food & beverage, audio/visual equipment; Transportation contracts for air, car, bus.
  • Database & Registration: Design registration collateral, collect and process registrations, manage hotel room block.
  • Ground Transportation: Arrival / Departure Manifests, Provide friendly professionals for “Meet & Greet” services at airports and events.
  • On-Site Management: Provide experienced managers and planners at the event to oversee part or all of the meeting or events, to include managing registration / hospitality desks, liaison between you and the vendor, and coordinate transportation logistics.
  • Final Bill Review and Reconciliation; Review vendor invoices and provide client with detailed statement of all meeting related charges.
